Welcome to Blacktip Cafe & Work Space! We're thrilled to have you join our community of productive and friendly digital nomads. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our guidelines:
Our Community Spirit
- • Productive & Friendly: Blacktip is designed to foster a friendly and focused atmosphere. Let's work together to create a space where everyone can thrive.
- • Respectful Interactions: Please treat fellow members, our staff, and the local Thai culture with respect and courtesy.
- • Fair & Transparent Pricing: Our pricing is consistent for all members. We believe in fairness and transparency. Please refrain from bartering or attempting to negotiate prices.
Workspace Etiquette
- • Focus & Quiet: Our coworking area is designed for focused work. Please maintain a quiet environment to respect your fellow members.
- • Call Booths: Our call booths are for short calls. For extended use (over one hour), please speak with our staff to reserve a booth and ensure availability.
- • Movement & Wellness: Take advantage of our gym for stretching and movement breaks! Our sauna and ice bath facilities are available for purchase separately or through a dedicated membership.
Nourishment & Fuel
- • Fueling Productivity: We offer a wide selection of nutritious and delicious food designed to fuel your productivity. We encourage you to enjoy our diverse menu, catering to various budgets. Long-term members receive a 10% discount on food.
- • Supporting Our Community: By enjoying our food, you help us keep our coworking costs low and maintain an affordable space for everyone. We appreciate your support! We do not allow outside food to be brought into the space.
Membership & Guests
- • Personal Membership: Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
- • Welcoming Guests: You're welcome to bring guests for discussions or casual visits. If they wish to work in the space, they'll need to purchase a membership.
Legal & Ethical Conduct
- • Respecting Thai Law: Please ensure all your activities conducted at Blacktip and online are legal within Thailand. We will not check your visa or work permit status, it is your responsability to do so.
- • Responsible Internet Use: Our internet is provided for productive and legal activities. Any illegal use, including scamming, online gambling, or insulting the Thai monarchy, is strictly prohibited.
- • Respect for Staff & Culture: We expect all members to treat our staff and local Thai customs with respect. We reserve the right to cancel memberships without refund for disrespectful behavior.
Feedback & Communication
- • We Value Your Feedback: We're always looking to improve! Please share your feedback, both positive and negative, with our staff.
- • Open Communication: If you experience any issues, please speak with us in person so we can work towards a solution.
- • Sharing Your Experience: If you're happy with your experience at Blacktip, we'd greatly appreciate a positive review!
Pet Policy
- • Dog-Friendly (Outside Only): We love dogs! You're welcome to bring your dog, but they must remain outside the coworking space.
- • Socialization: Your dog must be non-confrontational and get along well with our resident dogs. Protective or aggressive dogs may cause issues.
Space & Amenities
- • Future Accommodation: We plan to open bungalows for accommodation in 2025.
- • Table and Booth Reservations: We can reserve tables and call booths for you. Payment must be made in advance. Please speak with our staff for details.
General
- • Right to Refuse Service: Blacktip Cafe & Work Space reserves the right to refuse service or cancel memberships at any time.
